Coaching 4

Optional 60-minute application session. Bring the specified artifacts and work with a peer or coach. Do not treat a prepared plan as an authorized live test.

Bring: observations, deviations, missing data and W10. Agenda: 10 compare prediction and observation; 20 examine alternative explanations and adverse results; 15 revise premises and design; 10 decide stop, revise or expand; 5 record personal learning. Ask: “What did we learn about the mechanism?” “Where does the evidence stop?” Output: a decision record with changed beliefs, limits and next owner. If results are unavailable, review readiness and plan the later result review; do not invent completion.
