Optional 60-minute application session. Bring the specified artifacts and work with a peer or coach. Do not treat a prepared plan as an authorized live test.

Bring: W8, sample definitions and applicable permissions. Agenda: 10 inspect hypothesis; 15 examine comparison and confounders; 15 check measures and exceptions; 15 rehearse stop conditions and decision rules; 5 record readiness gaps. Ask: “What result would make you change your mind?” “What could look better merely because the sample changed?” Output: revised test plan and unresolved conditions. Between sessions: conduct only the authorized test or simulation and retain observations separately from interpretation.
