Terms of Use
Last updated: September 21, 2026
About these terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Colabmo.net website and related online services operated by Colabmo, a registered DBA of Diggy Breiling ("Colabmo," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. A separate written agreement governing a particular engagement, order, or service takes precedence over these website terms for that engagement, order, or service.
Lawful use and accounts
Use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, or abusive material.
If you create an account or submit a form, provide accurate and current information. Keep your account credentials confidential and notify Colabmo if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
Consulting and expert services
This website describes potential support in quality systems, operations, ERP workflows, training, technical documentation, product development, and other specialist disciplines. Descriptions and expert profiles do not guarantee availability, suitability, pricing, certification, regulatory acceptance, or a particular result.
An inquiry, consultation booking, resource download, or account registration does not by itself create a paid engagement or authorize project work. Scope, responsibilities, deliverables, fees, payment terms, schedules, confidentiality, intellectual property, acceptance criteria, and any applicable warranties must be established in the relevant written agreement, statement of work, accepted quotation, or other agreed contract.
An expert application does not guarantee acceptance into the network, an assignment, employment, or contractor status. Any working relationship is governed by a separate agreement with the applicable parties.
Learning resources and technical information
Articles, courses, industry guides, checklists, and downloads support general learning and project planning. They do not replace the applicable contract, approved specification, certification basis, regulatory pathway, qualification requirements, or advice directed to a particular project.
Before using a resource, check its revision, date, region, scope, and release status. Materials marked draft, working revision, or pre-release are not represented as approved final documents. A course-completion record is not a professional license, accreditation, or regulatory approval unless expressly identified and supported as such.
Colabmo and FPD.DEV may link to shared resources. Follow any document-specific notices and confirm that the resource applies to your intended use.
Website content and intellectual property
Website text, images, graphics, logos, layouts, and other materials belong to Colabmo or their respective owners, unless stated otherwise. You may view, print, or download content for personal or internal business use, subject to document-specific notices and third-party rights.
Do not remove ownership notices or republish, resell, or commercially distribute the materials without the appropriate permission. Ownership and permitted use of client deliverables are governed by the applicable project agreement.
Information you submit
You retain ownership of the information, messages, applications, and files you submit. You grant Colabmo a limited right to review, use, store, and process them as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, evaluate an opportunity, provide agreed services, operate the website, or maintain business records.
Submit only material you have the right to provide. Do not send confidential, proprietary, regulated, export-controlled, classified, or highly sensitive information through general website forms unless Colabmo has specifically agreed in writing to receive it through an appropriate method. A website submission alone does not establish a nondisclosure agreement or professional engagement. This provision does not override any confidentiality obligation already agreed in writing or imposed by applicable law.
For questions about information handling or an appropriate submission method, contact info@colabmo.net. The website's Cookie Policy describes its stated cookie practices; these Terms do not replace a privacy notice.
Products, quotations, and orders
Where this website displays products, services, prices, specifications, or availability, confirm the details applicable to your purchase or project. Quotations, accepted orders, and agreed contracts govern the actual transaction, including applicable pricing, taxes, delivery, cancellation, returns, and warranty terms. These website terms do not alter an existing accepted order or agreed contract.
Manufacturer and supplier materials remain subject to their respective rights and notices. Verify specifications, compatibility, revision status, and application requirements before relying on technical information for purchasing, design release, or production.
Third-party resources
Links to external websites, platforms, and resources are provided for convenience. Colabmo does not control their availability, accuracy, security, privacy practices, or content. A link does not by itself constitute an endorsement.
Website warranties and liability
The website and its general content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colabmo disclaims express or implied warranties concerning the website and its content, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. This does not replace warranties expressly agreed for a specific service or purchase.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colabmo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from use of or inability to use the website. This applies regardless of the legal theory of the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Colabmo and its owners, employees, contractors, consultants, affiliates, and service providers against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or submission of material that infringes another party's rights.
Access and changes
Colabmo may restrict or suspend website access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a violation of these Terms, or a security or operational issue. Any separate contractual obligations remain subject to the applicable agreement.
We may update these Terms and will identify the update date on this page. Changes apply prospectively and do not amend an existing written engagement or accepted order unless the applicable parties agree. Review the current version when using the website.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
